Concept Design

If you have trouble communicating or visualising your ideas we can provide concept designs for you to speak with builders or visualise your project. Typically you will receive from us a set of conceptual perspectives, building plans and elevations to illustrate your project – no structural elements or detailing are included.

Drafting

Drafting is for those who know what they want and just need their sketches converted to construction drawings. Typically you will receive a set of digital documentations ready for submission to council and construction.

Design & Drafting

This is the design package for those who want to take advantage of the full design and drafting services we provide. In the Design & Drafting package we will work with you and the builder if required to help you prepare all the required building plans for your project.

Documentation Co-ordination

We are happy to introduce other professional sub-consultants we use and trust to you, but if your preference is to deal with a single consultant we can help you take full control of the geotechnical testing, engineering and surveying.

Detailing

If you have specific requirements for the kitchen, wet areas, services or joinery we can help prepare detailed drawings for you.
